1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at bayaran.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by UiBig Tech Sdn. Bhd., SSM registration no. 202301011016 (1504937-K) ("Bayaran.com", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Site.

2. What Bayaran.com is

Bayaran.com is an independent information directory. Its entire function is to:

• list Malaysian payment services — road tax, motor insurance, utility bills, taxes, summonses, zakat and similar; and
• link you to the website of the government agency, licensed provider or appointed agent that actually delivers each service.

The Site is free to use. There is no account, no login, and no fee.

3. What Bayaran.com is not

For the avoidance of doubt, Bayaran.com is not:

• a payment system operator, e-money issuer, merchant acquirer or payment gateway, and holds no approval or registration from Bank Negara Malaysia under the Financial Services Act 2013;
• a licensed insurer, takaful operator, insurance broker, financial adviser or agent of any insurer;
• a tax agent, and it offers no service under the Income Tax Act 1967;
• an agent, concessionaire or contractor of JPJ, LHDN, KWSP, PDRM, PTPTN, any local authority, or any utility;
• a party to any transaction you enter into on a third-party website.

We never receive, hold, transmit or refund your money. We never ask for your password, TAC, one-time PIN, card number or bank account details, and we have no facility to receive them.

4. No affiliation or endorsement

Bayaran.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting for JPJ, LHDN, KWSP, PDRM, PTPTN, MBSA, Lembaga Zakat Selangor, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Pengurusan Air Selangor, Telekom Malaysia, PayNet, MyEG Services Berhad, Bjak, or any insurer or takaful operator named on the Site.

Names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them solely to identify the service a link points at — nominative use — and not to suggest any commercial relationship.

5. Third-party websites

The Site consists almost entirely of links out. Once you follow a link you leave Bayaran.com, and:

• the destination's own terms and privacy policy govern what happens there;
• we do not control, monitor, audit or endorse its content, security, pricing or availability;
• we are not responsible for any transaction, loss, delay, error or dispute arising there.

Check the address bar before entering any personal or payment information on a destination site. Confirm it shows that organisation's own domain and a valid security certificate.

6. Accuracy of information

We make a genuine effort to keep the Site accurate, and we verify the destination of every link before each release. Even so, service names, portal addresses, fees, rates and eligibility rules change without notice, and we do not warrant that anything on the Site is current, complete or correct.

Always confirm figures — including any road tax fee, insurance premium, tax amount or summons amount — on the official portal itself before you pay. Nothing on the Site is a quotation, an offer, or a statement of what you owe.

If you spot something wrong, tell us at uibig.com@gmail.com and we will correct it.

7. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, insurance, tax, legal or investment advice, and nothing on it constitutes a recommendation to buy any product. It is general information about where to find services. Take your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

8. Advertising and commercial links

The Site may carry advertising, sponsored placements, or links from which we earn a referral fee. Where a placement is paid, we label it — for example with an "AD" badge.

A commercial relationship with an advertiser does not mean we endorse, guarantee or have verified that advertiser's products or claims. Advertisers do not influence the factual descriptions of government portals.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 or the Computer Crimes Act 1997;
• copy, scrape, mirror or republish substantial parts of the Site without our written consent;
• frame, embed or present the Site so as to suggest it is yours, or to alter its appearance;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its host, or any connected system;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the Site's availability by any means including denial-of-service;
• impersonate Bayaran.com or misuse its name, logo or design in a way likely to mislead.

10. Intellectual property

The Bayaran.com name, logo, design, text, layout and code are owned by UiBig Tech Sdn. Bhd. or licensed to it, and are protected under the Copyright Act 1987 and the Trade Marks Act 2019. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

Photographs of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Petaling Street on this Site are used under the Unsplash Licence. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

11. Availability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Subject to that paragraph, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied, as to the Site;
• we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or any indirect or consequential loss, however arising;
• we are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction on a third-party website, from that site's unavailability, or from any act or omission of the organisation operating it;
• our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to RM100.

The Site is free to use, and this limitation reflects that.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost we incur arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Fraud and impersonation

Bayaran.com will never telephone, SMS, email or message you to request a payment, a password, a TAC or a one-time PIN. We have no call centre that makes outbound calls about your bills.

If someone contacts you claiming to be Bayaran.com and asks for any of these, it is a scam. Do not respond. Report it to us at uibig.com@gmail.com, and report it to the National Scam Response Centre on 997 or to the police.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how we handle personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. In short: we collect none through this Site.

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when published, and the "last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the revision.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

These Terms are published in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Where the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
